We would love for you to arrive on Friday afternoon and depart on Monday morning! But we understand if that’s not possible. We’ll be around to enjoy the full weekend.
The main group dinner will be Saturday evening, but there will be casual meals, activities, adventures, and hangouts the rest of the time.
-
We recommend you fly into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). It’s the closest and most convenient.
From there, it’s about a 20-minute drive to the ranch. If you’re flying into LAX, ONT, or SAN, expect a two or three-hour drive through the desert (which tbh could be worth it anyway.)
We recommend renting a car, since rideshares can be limited once you’re outside Palm Springs proper.
-
Listen up buttercup: we’ve taken care of the accommodations.
Most guests will be staying on-site at the ranch in shared rooms and houses.
-
BYOB AND BE GENEROUS!!!!!
We’re planning group meals for dinner Friday, and brunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday.
Monday morning will be DIY breakfasts while we say goodbye.
-
We’re covering the ranch stay and most meals throughout the weekend.
Please come prepared to buy your own dinner on Sunday night at The Copper Room.
We do lovingly ask that you cover your own airfare and car rentals, please.
If you’d like to contribute toward food or the ranch rental, we’ll gladly accept it. It’s completely optional and pay-what-you-want. We just want to be with you!

We’ll share a detailed itinerary closer to the date, but here’s the gist:
Friday: Arrivals, welcome drinks, girl dinner
Saturday: Desert walks, quality time and rest, hot spring soaks, games, our main dinner celebration
Sunday: Lazy brunch, desert outing, dinner at the ranch
Monday: Farewells and departures
-
NO. If you feel compelled to give us something, please contribute regular old money to food or the ranch rental. :-)
-
Space is limited, and the desert is dangerous. Please, no +1s, dogs, or little ones.
-
It will be hot during the day and cold at night. Bring a jacket!
January is also the wettest month, with about 1.24” inches of precipitation (which is about how much Seattle gets in 2-5 hours of heavy rainfall.)
